symbol of the strong innovative spirit of Japy since 1771, the
Modèle 08 Chronograph if manufactured in small quantities : 200
watches worldwide in 2002. Its highly recognizable design and
the limited number of pieces produces make of it a unique instrument.

Technical
characteristics. Calibre Japy 1CA, (Dubois Dépraz base). Mechanical
with automatic winding. 28.800 vibrations per hour. Balance
wheel made of Glucydur. Hair spring in Nivarox 1. Fork and escapement
wheel in polished steel. Indication of hours, minutes, seconds
and date.

Chronograph function to one fifth of a second, with elapsed
time indication on 30 minutes and 12 hours sub dials. Command
pushers on a console positioned on the left side of the watch
(Side Command Chronograph).

Case
made of two shells of 316L stainless steel for higher protection,
allowing the interchangeability of the functional modules. Protec-Lock
crown system fitted with a locking nut, fully protected.

Anthracite or white concave dial with large ogival applied indexes.
Large skeleton hands with luminescent pigment.

One way rotating bezel engraved with a minute track and bevelled
grips.

Extra
thick sapphire crystal anti glares treated on both faces.

Bracelet
in 316L stainless steel fitted with a deploying buckle with
double safety clasp as well as an extension, or extra thick
leather strap with protection under the watch case.
