These machines execute all operations of milling and drilling.

These machines are digitaly controlled, by this system we can enter a highly elaborate programme by the person responsable for piloting (from the previous page).
It is the work of this individual to prepare the tooling in the machinery and their respective places, (some machines accept over 100 different drills and cutters, each has to be carefully positioned to guarantee the accuracy of each operation.

These machines execute blanking (act of cutting out a form). They are used in the generation of complex forms which comprise of internal corners and highly delicate and fine sections.
This system of cutting is through an electrical operation using a thread of tungsten, 0,05 mm in diameter. When the thread comes in contact with the material being cut the result is a spark which has the property of removing a piece of the material.
Through this continuous process a form can be cut in virtually any metal..
In this department all cylindrical components are made, axes, screws, excentric plugs, pinions, wheels, pins, also burnishing of pivots, pillar wheels for chronographs etc.
This position requires an extensive professional knowledge of profile turning due to the variety of components made and severly high standards of precision required.
